Most serviced apartments will offer a fully-functional and furnished house, with everything a guest requires to have a comfortable and enjoyable letting experience. With these services exponentially growing in our city over the past few years our team offer services which truly make a difference!
Ensuring every property is left spotlessly clean is of paramount importance to achieving 5 star reviews, and that is where our team come in!
Daisyfresh have a team of committed individuals who provide our services to a handful of AirBnB and Serviced Apartment providers across the city, maintaining and cleaning over 100 properties on a regular and continuous basis. This includes the likes of AirHost, Opulent Living, Pass the Keys, Roomspace and several privately run serviced apartment providers.
Our dedicated supervisor team ensure a reliable and high standard on every job and with our team being full PAYE staff our service level standards are maintained on each and every job.
Guests within AirBnB and Serviced Apartment properties expect the same high cleaning standards as in the hotels, and meeting those standards may appear to be difficult if you choose a non-specialist company who has little experience when working in similar conditions.
Our team have extensive experience in servicing these properties between guest check-in and check-outs. The team will carry out inspections and report any findings back to the Serviced Apartment company along with offering full cleaning services at the property.
Long term relationships with carpet cleaners, linen service providers, maintenance services and other third-party service providers ensure that whatever the challenge thrown at us we can accommodate. Our team will manage these relationships directly ensuring a s-star service is delivered.
Consumable packs can be provided and managed within each property. This includes kitchen rolls, toilet rolls, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo and other consumables required in each property.
Our focus is on customer satisfaction and ensuring that each-and-every client are satisfied with the cleanliness of the property and have no alternative than to leave a 5 star review!

Note: Serviced Apartments are priced on a 'per-job basis' and an agreed fee assigned in advance. We will attend site and inspect the property and then provide our pricing model.
